Free RestedXP Alternative for World of Warcraft
Azeroth Pilot Reloaded (APR) is a free, open-source WoW leveling addon. Follow step-by-step quest guides, optimized routes and waypoint navigation, with quest automation you can configure.
An alternative to RestedXP for supported WoW clients, with every route distributed with APR included for free.
APR continues and rewrites Azeroth Auto Pilot. It is an independent community project, unaffiliated with RestedXP or Blizzard Entertainment.

Supported World of Warcraft versions
For a RestedXP alternative on Retail, start with APR’s current route catalog. It includes older expansion content alongside Dragonflight, The War Within and Midnight. Midnight includes leveling, campaign and speedrun routes, plus selected collection and delve guidance.
WoW Forever has its own dedicated starting-zone and leveling routes. Coverage varies by expansion, game client, faction, character progress and selected route. No single listing promises complete expansion coverage.
Retail routes through earlier expansions do not automatically support separate WoW Classic clients. Check the installed release and the compatible routes offered in game for your exact client.

Frequently asked questions
What is the best free alternative to RestedXP?
The best choice depends on your client and the quests you want to play. APR is a free, open-source option with step-by-step guidance, speedrun routes and configurable automation. Check its route catalog for your character before choosing.
Is Azeroth Pilot Reloaded completely free?
Yes. APR and all routes distributed with the project are free. There is no APR guide subscription or paid route pack. World of Warcraft access is separate.
Is APR open source?
Yes. The addon and its included routes are published on GitHub under the GNU General Public License. You can inspect the code, report issues and contribute improvements under that license.
Does APR support WoW Retail?
Yes. APR includes Retail routes across multiple expansions. Available routes depend on your faction, level, character progress and the installed release.
Does APR support WoW Midnight?
Yes. The catalog includes Midnight leveling, campaign and speedrun routes, plus selected collection and delve guidance. This does not mean every Midnight quest or character path is covered.
Does APR offer speedrun leveling routes?
Yes. Choose a compatible Speedrun route or preset in the route browser. Route availability varies, and your leveling time depends on your character and how you play.
Does APR automatically accept and turn in quests?
Yes, when the corresponding settings are enabled and the interaction is supported. Configure quest acceptance and turn-in in /apr. You still move, fight and activate quest items or spells yourself.
Can I create my own leveling routes?
Yes. APR Route Recorder is a separate addon for recording gameplay and editing routes in its visual workshop or Lua editor. Review conditions and step order, then test your route in game.
How do I install Azeroth Pilot Reloaded?
Install the release for your game client from CurseForge and its required LibTaxiData dependency. Enable both addons at character selection. In game, open /apr route to choose a compatible route and /apr to adjust settings.
Is APR compatible with WoW Classic?
Retail routes through older expansions are not proof of compatibility with separate Classic clients. APR also has a dedicated WoW Forever route library. Check the release for your exact client and the routes shown for your character; do not assume every Classic version is supported.
