Reputation progress in the current step

An active Reputation = { factionID = 76, level = 6 } step displays a reputation

bar below its objective text. Optional type = "standard", "renown" or

"friendship" selects the system explicitly; automatic detection is unchanged.

The objective names the final target; the bar shows points and percentage within

the current standing/rank. It updates through the existing reputation events,

resets its range when the rank changes and disappears when leaving the step.

Missing or zero-width API ranges hide the bar without changing step completion.

This works with the existing route syntax; no additional step option is required.
